Thinking about getting a new rear end, but the guy on ebay says he cant get it in a Supra so wont met me half way. The problem is I will be picking it up in a Supra so if he says he can't get it in, I won't be able to either. The only other car I have access to is the wifes new Mini, so not much chance there either

You never could keep up, so I will let Jen drive so you should be able to keep up with her. Least you might get a good look at my rear lol

I am just waiting for someone to get back to me about a replacement alloy, hopefully know if he can get one by the weekend. The only event I am definately going to is Japfest. If you are thinking of going I can get the tyres taken off the rims before I head up. I would want £150 for both, they were only on the car for about a month ( its only an N/A ) and only goes up and down the motorway about 150 miles a week. Can get a pic with a coin in the tread for you when its light over the weekend, if you want one, just let me know. If you know anyone else who is going to Japfest that you trust with your money;) I will do a swap over with them if you want too

Sorry mate, just noticed your post, its one of the backs that has the slight twist, so are you just after the tyres. If you are after the rims as well but only need the rears, the the fronts are 9 inches wide so should take the tyres nicely

Something I have already got as Im a lorry driver, so I have the obligatory name plate in the windscreen;) I also had it put along the bottom of my new plate when I had my new front end put on, not sure if it was such a good idea because if I get pulled over by the fuzz and have DodgyRog on the bottom of my number plate, its not going to be a good start to the conversation:D :DIt's a good idea thou, Pimp My Plate did my plate and the quality was not great, but had some done by http://www.showplate.com and they were perfect........

It was put back together with me their ( and I was helping them ) and they didn't wash it down, as I needed to leave as soon as I could as we were running very late. (It was my choice to leave without it being cleaned properly ). We could all see the colour match wasn't absolutly perfect, but to be honest when we were inside it didn't look that far out. The poor colour match seems to be not the paint colour but the colour that reflects back ( if that makes any sense ). When you get up close as in a foot away the colours look almost perfect.

I'm not going to say yeah or neah at this stage, with the car issues etc http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=141732 but its not looking likely to be honest

To be totally honest I didn't sleep much last night worrying about their response, but they were good as gold ( hope I havn't spoken to soon ). In their defense they didn't get to see the car outside either as it wasn't even put back together when I went to pick it up ( they had warned me before I went down ), due to bumper turning up three days late.

Going to keep this to myself for the minute. They are thinking about contacting the forum about becoming a trader, so I don't think it's far to name them before giving them a chance to sort my car out and they might read this thread and I don't want to blow it by bad mouthing them to early in the process

:dI am very happy with it:D, other than the colour issue:( The fit was very good and was surprised of the quality ( thickness and strength ) of the bumper

:DWell a happy update ( fingers crossed ) Spoke to the garage in question this morning and was surprised by the reaction I got to be honest. I emailed the picture's ( I have some worse than the ones on hear ) and the sprayer rang me straight back and couldn't beleive how bad the colour match was and told me take it back as soon as possible for them to sort it out. They are going to speak to DuPont ( not spelt right proberbly:p ) who did the colour match and give them the photos and ask what happened. They have said they will respray the whole of the front of the car back as far as the rear arches where it is easy to blend and if it doesn't turn out right they will just respray the whole car to make sure I am happy with it. I am still not going to name them yet, but they are thinking about contacting the forum about becoming a trader, as they specialise in Honda Civics at the moment and are looking to branch out into Scoobys, Supras, Nsx etc. So I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping they keep to what they have said, unfortunatly I can't let them have the car until some time in April as I am really busy for a while.

Still hoping to go to Japfest so will offer to advertise their :rolleyes:fine:rolleyes: work for them if they don't sort it. lol Anybody here able to make large vinyls lol
