  1. i have 275 35 R18 on the rear and 245 40 R18 on the front. i beleive from research and my own calculations that this is the closest to stock rolling radius for 18s. not sure how much difference the extra 5mm will make though
  2. another good supplier http://www.polymax.co.uk/acatalog/Viton_O-Rings.html probably better than bsl this also has a picture explaining what you need to measure http://www.polymax.co.uk/acatalog/Viton_O-Rings_BS001_-_BS050.html hope that helps
  3. BSL supply alot of seals and o-rings at my work and are very good / quick however we do give them several £million every year so they should be, not sure how good they are with small customers. http://www.brammer.co.uk/seals.shtml to get one quickly you really need the BS number (not BSP) or if youve got an accurate way of measuring the 'slot' or gap it fits in - preferably a vernier caliper. measure 1) the diameter of the inside edge of the slot / what it fits over, 2) the diamater of the outside edge of the slot & 3) the thickness of the o - ring it self. they will then be able to provide you with the bs number and an oring. you can measure this with a rule but you need to get it right - if the oring is around 4 mm thick or more then they are quite forgiving and can be stretched a bit (couple of mm) if it is smaller the measurments need to be good. the thickness of the oring is the important one.
  4. thanks for the replys i think ill get on to jezzybabes for one:)

  10. are you sure your bov is working ok (can they break ) as ive got a hks bov aswell and it sounds good, not that loud really - i cant hear it above the stereo when its on average volume. putting a different insert in does make quite a difference though - so this may sort it out :d

  19. hi have a couple of questions surrounding wi 1. dosent meth strip the lacour off paint ? so using it in the washer bottle at high concentrations (100%) is not a good idea (i might have drempt this up though:shrug:) 2. also i have one of your systems installed chris (have just brought nicks old 98 vvti veilside kit RSP which youve done alot of work on in the past) with your WI setup, if i was to run out of water would this damage the pump or anything else. Basically do your setups rely on the water injection system? sorry for the slight highjack with the second question! cheers
