Spoke to the guys at QSD while getting my conversation done, about what people said the 5 speed box can only take 500bhp, but they said they had a customer running over 600bhp, but i would image a vast clutch upgrade is needed lol 6-spped mate is the best option.. i'm afraid

this one i can help on the stock 5 box clutch can handle stock ttpower, but i was advised to replace it with a better one i've got a rps one, and feels no different to the stock clutch but will hold up to bpu(+) wow i think this has been my most helpful thread ever?

can't comment on the difference in 6 vs 5 bar the fact the guys said it would pull quicker because of the different gearing...(waits to get corrected)

your best bet would be to ask Jezz or steve at QSD, they're kind of experts at it........(not saying that other people arn't) they did my conversion and 5 spped is fun

sorry for this post as this will take this off topic slightly, but by hyrid, do you mean the fact his put stock UK turbos on or the Uk turbos have had had new internal and now able to follow more air and faster? sorry i'm a complete n00b to the world of the turbo

couple of comments 1. isn't the bloke singing ziggy.. from BB8? 2. that song is udter cr@P 3. the supra isn't in the same race, if you notice the RX8 is on the start line with only 1 other car 4. she mabe fatter than the 2 blondes but i bet there now way! as dirty in the bed room

so far mine with its new TT engine in has done better mpg than my n/a (properly coz its limited still ) Don't knock the auto box thought some people say its good
