Sorry to be a barer of bad news but those wheels you've got pictured are the Rota P1's and they only come in 18's. Unless you want 18's of course. Very nice wheel anyway

The valve you see opening with the residual flame is the exhaust valve. For some reason they've cut most of the exhaust stroke out and cut back to the intake.

Very similar spec to mine, except for I've got a Duo core. It runs very nicely.
