  1. Tell me about it, i did mine last weekend and its still leaking from the selector seal so the saga continues, FYI you can get the flange off with a decent puller, you dont need a special tool from toyota.
  2. Ive spoken to the guy on a couple of occasions, apparently they are perfect fit, not real leather as it says but look as good, they order in from australia and do them for many models such as fto etc, he's a nice guy and has some stock says hes a member on here! edit: didnt see second page, hi rice rocket andy
  3. it should most likely run rich at full boost, get a wideband to be sure tho
  4. id defo report it to the police for leaving the scene of an accident as i feckin hate twats like that, thats why i have the pager fitted to my car alarm so if anyone goes near it or bangs it, its lets me know on the key fob straight away so i can run out of tescos and catch em in the act........ It is worth bearing in mind that my friend got hit in the same circumstances and a woman did write a note, and left under the window wiper, the note read "oops im sorry" someone had seen this and never bothered to take the reg plate because he thought she had left her details??????? bummer
  5. as above around 7.30am, looked stock and good nick? anyone
  6. i thought you could get away with one on the 2nd actuator? That would be the bleed valve type so your 2nd actuator dosent see the correct presure output from the turbo, hence bleeding off some pressure.
  7. i like mine, ive now mastered the art of the rebuild.....
  8. what exhaust are you running? stock one will only let you boost to that anyway
  9. stock n/a shockers, front and rear for sale in vgc,i will also include all springs for front and rear, no leaks although a couple of the rubber gaiters need replacing.
  10. Almost new j spec tt exhaust for sale, both centre section and backbox are included, will also fit n/a.
  11. didnt get chance to flash you, but looked very clean with what i think was black/white rear number plate?
  12. i was in the blue van, did honk the horn as i passed you.....lol
  13. Could anyone tell me, when using the wideband setup, are you keeping the narrow o2 sensor for the stock ecu? I am gonna get it in this weekend, didnt know whether to ditch the current narrow sensor etc, does the wideband sensor go in the original o2 sensor location? or do i keep the narrow in there and get a fitting made for the second decat? i am using the emanage at the moment and gonna link this to the wideband. andy
  14. you will then need something less restrictive than the s, your guy is correct as its a smaller diameter hole at the rear, and you cant get more than stock boost off a tt with one on due to the size, and they get bloody hot too from all the build up, tried one on my tt with 63mm bore straight with no cats stock boost all the way, take it off and away you go!
  15. dangerous bike by the sound of things soz bry did have a bit of a chuckle though but hope your ok,i know only too well what bikes can do....
  16. if anyone has a spares of these i could borrow or buy cheers chaps
  17. Are you talking about putting the 6spd man into n/a or the tt auto box? for a manual you will need the prop, ecu, diff, half shafts and modification on the g/box speed sensor plug, not sure about the auto though but i suspect it will be similar, you can get the wiring diagram on pdf to check it out. make sure you get the rear gearbox mounting aswell as these are also different. not sure about the cooler pipes but thats not going to be a hard fix anyhow
  18. normally between 1st and second cat
  19. my tawny did this a couple of years ago when i was training her on the back yard, she went to fly into the house via the patio doors and bang, fortunately she saw it at the last minute and deviated from a head on, but it still knocked her out and her best friend was there to revive her.....me.....arghhhhhhh. still got her to this day although it happens so easily, looks like it took a good frontal though, hope it survived.
  20. the missing bolt is so you can bleed your res when you have completly removed all the fluid, air can sometimes get trapped in there, i have noticed some supras do not have them so if you havent got one and it dosent leak dont worry.
  21. hi bud, it is quite common for the older mounts to come away inside due to the heat of the motor, some had little alloy collor to deflect the heat, some were fitted with the slightly larger mounts with different angled stantions and a different liquid inner, they look like the trd stlye mount. i had an issue with mine and it took my best part of two years to find, only found it by taking the engine out. the passenger side one was knocking when i used the brake, or reverse then used the brake, it felt like a clunk but would only do it once! and to me it felt like the drivers side one so i replaced that and it still happend.... now i know why.
