I have had the following work cars of late Passat 2.0 Tdi Sport 140 Bhp Audi A3 1.9 Tdi 105 Bhp Ford Mondeo 115 Tdi Audi A4 S-line 2.0 Tdi 143 They were all good in different ways but the surpringly the A3 was one of the most enjoyable to drive. Dreadfully slow around town but on the motorway returned about 60 Mpg. The Mondeo should also be considered. I really battered mine and it never let me down once. I now have the A4 and it looks great but the Mpg is not as good as they make out. H.

Poor Ian, died in a bog during an almighy bout of uncontrollable flatulence. The final straw was when he lost the feeling in his legs and shat out his kidneys....... H.

Comedy moment with the wife. Vicki thought that Audi G12++ was purple, I said that the coolant in her A4 was actually pink. I then asked, what's the difference between pink and purple and Vicki answered.........the grip... Classic gag. The hours just charge by in the Havard household..... H.

Is pink anti freeze all the same?? Vicki has picked some up from a local motor factors for the Audi. The top up bottle is half full of pink coolant and we have a bottle of pink coolant. The instructions on the bottle are in German and the Audi goes on about G12++ or something. The guy in the shop apparently said "It'll be reet..!!":blink: I am just going to bung it in me thinks..!! H.

Poor excuses eh?? I personally would like to get everyone together if possible. There were only two Supes yesterday.... Considering there were up to 15 on the original runs then it's a poor do..!! An added bonus was that one other turned up at the actual Pancake house. I have been in and out of the meets and not really understood the disappointment it creates in the people that actually go. I have always made my excuses as I couldn't really be arsed... Our new car will give us some much needed enthusiasm and I hope that once the new event organiser is appointed, we can get back to the way things used to be..... H.

I decided I wanted a Supra and looked on t'internets for information, specs, 0 - 60 etc. I expected to find just a guide with all the details on. We no longer have the BMW, keep up with the car changes Ian..... We now have two "new more fuel efficient Audis"..... We'll probably be ok for most dates in September. We just probably won't be in the new Supra. H.
