Production of design visuals for approval. Format to take into account the future growth and additional functionality. Online access to Wave Seven'’s development server to approve the project as it progresses. Bespoke Content-Managed-System to administer areas of the website. Website to include: About us, contact us and general information pages etc (content managed). Houses for sale - All search criteria as per RightMove but with one additional drop box which is "Local Area" e.g. Abington, Kingsley etc but without the VirtualTours/Walkthroughs floorplans etc. Houses for rent - same as above. Estate Agent Login area - to allow estate agents to upload property information including 8 pictures exactly like right move but without the VirtualTours/Walkthroughs floorplans etc. Public Login area - to allow customers to upload property information including 8 pictures. These would not be made live until administrator approval. Request Detail Function - Enter user detail on form and this together with the property details would be sent to the estate agent who uploaded the property. A link from the property page to aboutmyplace.co.uk to display the map information. Ability to allow uploading of adverting banner adverts to the right hand side of the page specifying placement by areas e.g. kingsley. ---------------------------------------------- Additional option for the above would be as follows: 1. Local directory for trade/businesses to logon and add a text entry. Only to go live after admin approval £360 2. Basicaly it needs to be like the "rightmove" property website..i have had quotes already of around £4000 but was just wondering if any member on the forum is qualified to do such work or knows anyone who is..Obviously im trying to find the best deal/price possible ;) Any advice/info would be gratefully recieved [GRIN][/GRIN]

I have had chance to get hold of some more honda formula one t shirts.. With the ammount of pm´s i got on the last lot of t shirts i had i thought i would post up with these...I have got 35 t shirts.They range from small to xxl ( sorry i have no xl left)..they are jenson, b.a.r team shirts and i also have a few takuma sato t shirts...yes i know he has left but they still make a good t shirt at this price...im looking for 4 quid each for the jenson and team shirts and 3 quid for the takuma sato. A great price for a good t shirt in my oppinion.. pics will follow soon...pm me if interested

nope!! it had been sitting in my gagrage for a while so i think it was damp...when i got it warm it suddenly ticked over fine and has been ok ever since...thanks for stopping by tho mate...appreciate it!!

i have a "b&m" short shift fitted to my car at the moment...it came with the 6 speed conversion i brought...BUT i really am not liking it one bit,so i was wondering what it is worth?? im really thinking of swapping it back to an origanal shifter...just didnt wanna put it on the for sale board with offers!! thanks guys
