  1. You probably will actually, the fella who brought the car lives locally in Stoke-on-Trent.
  2. Very nice mate, excellent colour that really suits the car
  3. You can get a mileage check from when the car was autioned in Japan. This is about as good as it gets as most get clocked after being brought at action yet before being inported into the uk IMHO. Click on the link below to get a cars mileage checked out. A few guys on here have had a few dissapointments. Costs £10 to do (paypal) I did it for the car Ive just sold and that came back as acurate 68k kms.THis was reflected by the condition of the seats steering wheel windscreen etc etc. http://www.japaneseimportmileagecheck.co.uk/JapaneseImportMileageCheck/Welcome.html
  4. Due to a cahnge in circumstances I had to sell the car. Hopefully when things change I will get another Supra. It will probably be next spring possibly. To be fair unless prices fall I will be hard pressed to get another of the same standard as the one thats just gone, taking into consideration its age , low miles and condition. Will have to wait and see......
  5. Good grief, that looks one hell of a job...
  6. I have now sold my Supra and the guy has just picked it up. It was quite sad to see it being driven away and dissappear around the corner. Miss having it already but I am sure the guy who now has it will enjoy it as much as I have. Hopefully he will be joining the forum soon.
  7. I did it years ago, my dad had gone away for a few days on holiday and I was not allowed to use his car, anyway I sneaked his car out to impress a girl and started putting derv in, only about a fiver before noticing my mistake, I then had to fill her up in the hope of diluting t. Okay it did run but smoked like hell. I drove for miles and miles trying to use all the fuel so I could refill with fresh fuel. Also put unleaded in a Npower company escort van a few years ago and drove it till it "stopped"
  8. Welcome , nice car. Must admit I really preferred it on the "before" shots though
  9. Its all too easy to point fingers and tut here , tut tut there, okay talking on a mobile maybe slightly dangerous as it can distract the concentraction, but its certainly no more irresponsible than speeding on a public highway.......many more people are killed due to speeding cars than using a mobile while driving............NOT that anyone on here would ever speed on a public highway, would they....
  10. Driver usually looks like he is sitting on the floor, NO seat. Only top of head showing from the outside of the car.
  11. How about turning the engine over a couple of times on the ignition but not long enough for it to start up , if you know what I mean.
  12. "Auto trader" is the name of an advertising magazine where yo can sell your car to the public , usually with a photo included. Search for Autotrader on the net and you can view the magazines listing there
