  1. That's what we asked Toyota! They couldn't really answer other than that (I quote)... "there are variations on the 1B9 colour code"
  2. Hi guys, Im having some work done on my Supra at my local bodyshop. The guy rang Toyota to enquire about the quicksilver paint. Toyota came back to him and asked it he wanted Quicksilver 'Light' or Quicksilver 'Medium'. Has anyone experienced this before? I wasn't aware there were different variations of the quicksilver colour! Jim
  3. Best wheels for a stock bodied supe IMO. Great buy
  4. I see this supra everyday outside the longford. Its been around there for years!
  5. I prefer the stock look personally but would do as mine is stock. My brother recently removed the OEM skirts and spats on his Supra and went for the stock like mine.Ill try and find some before and after pics of his..............
  6. Keron, Keep me posted on the lower carbon spoilers as per my PM's. Thanks

    Transformers 3

I watched this last night. I enjoyed it. Not as good as 1 or 2 but still very good.
  8. I would take one of these Keron when they become avallaible again. Drop me a PM. Thanks
  9. Yeah, decided to use it as a summer car rather than everyday car which has worked out great. Cheaper insurance (limited mileage), less fuel cost, and putting less miles on the car. As I now don't drive it everyday, I appreciate it a lot more and get more enjoyment from it. Well happy with it. I bought it off another member for something in the region of £600 if I remember correctly.
  10. It is full CW suspension and to be honest, its perfect. Not too stiff to break your back and bounce around the road. Squats just ride in the hard corners and comfortable in 'normal' driving.
  11. Well, I have sorted a few jobs Ive been wanting to do for ages.... 1. Found some new wheels at a great price (off my brother ) to replace the Wheelmania Vortex R's 2. Fitted some adjustable front suspension collars. 3. Fitted a CW SMIC Im happy with the wheels (slightly better offset now compared with the Vortex) and the ride height is great. It feels and looks altogether better. As for the CW SMIC, having been worried there may be no significant change in performance, I can happily report that the difference over the standard IC is noticeable.
  12. Lots of options here. You can spend a lot of money on fancy recovery drinks, but as long as you get your protien, a small amount of carbs and some sugars thats fine. I personally have a protein shake with a lucozade sport energy drink. Other options are skimmed milk and a bannana, and another good one is chocloate milk. Believe it or not, this is a pretty good substitute and is widely used. With this level of intense training, the recovery has to be intense as well, hence the sugar and carb with the protein. Hope this helps.
  13. I guarantee that! Good luck mate
  14. Yeah Im afraid to say i did! As bad as it sounds, it's one of the best ways to assess the gains you make. Measurements and numbers sometimes mean very little compared to what you look at and more importantly, want you want to look at when it's done!
  15. I bought it from amazon and from memory I think in the region of £50-60. Week one complete. Week 2 starting today...
  16. :-) It's quite encouraging when you're doing it to see the guys on the DVD struggling....and really struggling!
  17. I couldnt agree more. This is NOTHING like I've ever done or even considered before. DVD workouts were something i left to my girlfriend, but hopefully this will make a change to my thinking...in fact i think it's already changed my mind. :-)
  18. Well, Im no expert, but Interval Training i have done before has been somehting along the lines of 60 seconds on, 40 second off etc. This is 4 minutes on at High intensity and then 30 seconds rest! Killer!
  19. Great wheels. Good work
  20. Well, let me put it this way...i consider myself a pretty fit person. I train 5 times a week, mixed weights and cardio and also do a lot of boxing. I have run several half marathons and completed 2 full marathons. I'm by no means the fittest person, but do ok. However, this is on another level altogether! My whole body feels like its been 12 rounds with mike tyson everyday! The nutrition plan is very well done aswell and provides a structured plan for the 60 days eating. It is not a diet, you simply couldnt diet with this level of training, but obviously, high protein, medium carbs. I'm only a week in so my experience with it is still in its infancy, but loving it so far. :-)
