ok the lowdown is im off to the 'great debate' monday which is an annual thing that the company holds. this is the first time ive been invited and after speaking to a few guys in work found out that its a debate about the company. apparently its put in place for you to air your views on the company. now im a very opinionated person and find when i start to rant about something my mind shuts down and my mouth just carries on and a few times ive p1ssed off a few people with what ive said even though usually its the truth i speak. anyway, i have some strong views regarding the company i work for but do i express these or just keep schtum? the way the company is going is p1ssing a lot of people off as it seems now that they dont care if a contract gets handed over on time aslong as no one has been killed in the mean time. the paper work regarding H & S is beyond and some of their initiatives are ridiculous and dont get me started on the money side of things! as much as id love to express all my views honestly i cant help but think it would be a bad idea to. anybody else had similar experiences?

yep, for 4 wheel alignment.

just got back from having all my wheels re aligned and it has made one hell of a difference! of all the places i tried a Ford main dealer came to the rescue and done a dodgey cash in hand deal for £20:)

ive put on new rear tyres and know that the rear wheel alignment is out (getting it sorted tomorrow hopefully if ford can do it). went out in it earlier and couldnt belive how easy it was to get the back end out at low speeds. i personally enjoyed it and it made me feel like some sort of drifting god.

we put in two (large) units on a roof of a morrisons superstore and they needed planning permission.

if its a fixed unit of a certain size then surely the party wall act would come into play if he has, as you said, put it as close as he could to your house.

all the suspension parts are fine, theyve been checked. i hit a curb a month or so back could that have knocked the wheel out of alignment?

just had my rear tyres changed and was shocked and disgusted with the amount of wear on the inside of them. the car only had an mot 2 months ago so in 2 months the tyres had gone from being road legal to slicks with the material underneath showing, and i havnt done many miles. anyway the tyre dude got out his laser alignment and no surprise the rears were out. ive been to every garage in llanelli and no one does re alignment, even the guy at ATS said 'we dont do it but even if we did we wouldnt touch your car!' not sure if he thought it was a lambo or something. anybody know of a place local to me (swansea etc) that does it and how much would i be looking to pay?
