I would say no, they cannot legally do that. You should be able to cancel the contract at anytime and remove your goods. Payment for the handling/transport of the item will possibly need to be made to the current transport company but I guess this pales in comparison to the cost of the goods? Gaz.

Yep I agree. At the end of the day, fair play to Shell. They've worked hard, run a successful operation and have made a good profit. Regarding the amount of profit - its simply due to the turnover of the company. They turned over nearly 300 billion - so the profit is only something like 6-10% of the turnover, which is only just "adequate". Shell make around 3p a litre from fuel sales which is a minute amount compared the sales in other areas of the business. Regards, Gaz.

Thanks Brian. With JAE moved it lets us get on with it. Hopefully this year will be the year for the Supra team to get a decent placement!
