I used this guide (Thanks Pete) when changing my autobox. It was very helpful and easy to follow the step by step procedure. Take a look and see what you think http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=72771 (download the .pdf file) Note: You'll need to do this over a pit or a 2 poster ramp, definately wouldn't like to try doing this with axle stands! lol Also bear in mind the box is heavy (took 4 of us to lift it and one to locate the bolts) so make sure you have a few friends willing to get their hands dirty

Your torque convertor has had its day I think. Same problem with mine about a year ago It was fine when driving at low revs, but once I gave it some the revs shot up and it kept hitting the limiter managed to pick a lower milage box and convertor up for around £200

I read this the other day and meant to reply...but I forgot Anyway, I have the aerocatch flush locking catches. I didn't fit them myself, but my bodyshop guy said he had no problems whatsoever. I'll take some pictures tomorrow for you. The problem you have is the original pins on the bonnet you've bought. The aerocatches can't fit that close to the edge... pics to follow

I've been stopped for about 5 weeks now. I isolated myself from my friends for the first couple of weeks as most of them smoke and I knew I would be tempted. I smoked for 9 years. Lets take this to PM's Take a look at my spec in my garage and you'll see I have most things required for a single apart from the turbo kit (manifold etc etc) I have EMU (Is this capable of running the GT35R?) Water/meth injection, Wideband o2 sensor etc etc I also have a thor FCD, a HKS SLD for a bpu set up and I'm guessing our decat pipes would be swapped over? Like you say, would be interesting to know what kind of deal you have in mind, what parts you want to swap + how much £'s and maybe we can work something out p.s my turbos have covered 75,000 miles (approx) but have only been running at 1.2bar since 68,000miles
