Was a great meet - was good to meet a few new faces & to see the usual southenders too... I'll get some pics up later, but they aren't that great! Definately was a RANDOM end to the night but an extremely good laugh, can't wait to see all Daman's pics Steve - hope you're car has been ok mate, did you go to lakeside? As we were driving under the bridge we saw all the cars lining the figure eight roundabout... was tempted to head up but was too knackered at 2am!!

Yep - you're right. Only the tenant who bought the house for the 'reduced' rate under right to buy would have to pay as they are the one who received the discount directly. Just incase, you could speak to your solicitor about indemnity insurance - it only costs a couple of hundred but would protect JUST INCASE a bill ever arrived (highly unlikely) & you could force the vendor of the property you are buying to pay for it. Possible suggestion but I don't think you would ever have any problems mate hope it all goes through soon for you
