Going to look at one of these with a mate before the weekend. Not an A1 example, but wanted as a project car. Anybody know about 'em? What should I look for? I hear spares are readilly available but are they expencive? Ta all.

Choose carefully if you go for universal ones... a bonnet on the back of the noggin while refilling your washer bottle is sure to be unpleasant.

You should be able to get unversal ones, once you know the weight/pressure (?) rating they need to be.

Nope, he may have been!! It regards a badge on a car he's working on. Wondering if it's aftermarket or if there was a limited edition or something.

If you get the work done on the car now and leave it standing, you'll still need to get the car to Turbofit and back, plus you won't really know if the mods have been set up correctly without driving the car (no disrespect to Turbofit!). Without insurance, driving the car at all isn't the best idea. Also, any warranty from Turbofit may be null and void by the time you get the car back on the road.

Reckon the "shark fin" aerial BMW are using at the mo would look quite good on the Supe, sprayed to match the body colour. The curve on the roof might be different so might need filler to get a good fit. (?)

Ditto, my thermos mug sits nicely behind the seat belt catch, in between the seat and the tunnel. Not ideal when you've a passenger, but I've an auto so just hold it (my usual passenger would drink my tea on me!!)

Spray the car silver I think black wheels would look well... add poll option?? Red calipers a good suggestion too.
