Supra only getting 10mpg after oil and filter change

My 2001 NA auto supra is only getting around 10mpg since i done an oil and oil filter change on tuesday, The engine is running fine, and no signs or smell of a fuel leak, Anyone have any idea what could be the cause? Thanks in advance Broomie

I have a leak from my exhaust side on my cam cover on 2001 NA. I have bought OEM gaskets for both sides, is there a guide or manual that will help me replacing these? I have bought new plugs aswell, thought that would be a good idea whilst the intake is off! Can anyone help? pls
