  13. if you can get solder get the one with more lead in it because it is a lot more flexible and will not snap under vibration
  14. standard wiring doesnt go wrong on a toyota supra so it will be after market item
  15. mine did have five wires coming from the battery to there own fuse's under the bonnet looked a real mess (i'm an electrician by trade) so ended up wiring two new 10mm main feed cables from the battery to a new 4"x4" box under the bonnet it now looks a lot better than it did , some of clifford installers if thats what you want to call them are crap when you pay good money for that S*** i like the alarms but the people installing them shouldn't be near cables let alone a £500 alarm
  16. if its a dei alarm then this might help 1 door open a door 2 key turn the ignition on and then back off 3 choose within 15 seconds, press and release the valet/program button the number of times corresponding to the number of the desired feature(see below) the one chip settings below are the factory default settings feature number one chirp two chirp 1 active arming passive arming 2 arm/disarm chirps on arm/disarm chirps off 3 ignition controlled looks standard door locks 4 active arming passive arming
  17. hi just wondered how they fix to the car as toyota ones clip and bolt on cheers steve
  18. no i did have it like that to find out if a valve was faulty but not now
  19. well i can get a uk lump but was not sure if they would swap over (turbos that is) because of the ecu / injectors? single would be nice but pennys and 380bhp ish seems enough for me as all week long i drive a ford connect 70bhp then to get in the supra is great but whole different ball game so going single means i would be on here looking for a body shell lol
  20. hard to say what the noise is like bit like a flutter and ticking been getting noiser for a bit. And it has been running with 2nd decat and exhaust for 5 years now with no restricter ring in at 16psi so they have done well
  21. crap what would say is the best way out of the question above?
  22. madwoody1

    uk turbos

just a quick question it might of been asked in the past but couldn't find it will uk spec turbos fit in replacement for my jap turbos its just that my turbos seem to be making more noise laterly and i have the opportunity to get some uk spec ones at a good price:d
  23. think one of the guys down TRD had a toyota pick up with one in rememeber him telling me he had his dads wheel chair/car thing on the back and was pushing some BMW along because it was to slow lol
