  1. I didn't have an exact price in mind, so as per the first post, I just thought that anyone who was interested could PM me an offer for parts, or for the lot. The friction disc should ideally be replaced with new, but the rest is perfectly usable as it is.
  2. Are you sure that you've quoted the correct frequency response for this driver? 150Hz for the low end of the range seems very high. The low end frequency for a driver of this size should be between 45 - 60Hz, I would have thought...
  3. It's possibly a tracker (in case the car is stolen).
  4. Usuallly when a clutch does start to show signs of being unable to cope, then they do only tend to slip under high load - i.e., in higher gears. Recently I had the same problem after I upped the boost following going BPU. Up to 1.0 Bar and no problems at all, but whilst accelerating up a hill in a high gear at around 1.3 Bar, the clutch just started to slip, so I eased up until it was sorted. (Driving with it constantly slipping at high rpm will quickly wreck a flywheel - about £400 + VAT) I jumped in at the deep end and my solution was to replace the complete clutch with an uprated one, the flywheel, spigot bearing and oil seals - not a cheap job. On reflection, I think I could have possibly got away with just replacing the stock friction plate for £100 or so; that 'may' be a relatively solution for you also...
  5. Provisionally sold. Only taken off my car quite recently due to noticing the clutch just starting to slip whilst at high boost in fifth whilst accelerating up a hill. The clutch/flywheel was working perfectly prior to upping the boost with no odd noises, rattling etc. If I'd dropped the box first and checked the flywheel, then I would not have bought a new one! Mr T's unit price for the flywheel alone is £398.89 + VAT. The flywheel easily passed Toyota's flywheel test for wear (Rotational freeplay). The clutch pressure plate has the hub/release bearing/washers/circlips etc still attached as a complete unit. I can sum up by saying that the brand new flywheel and clutch (Centerforce) feels, works and sounds no different at all to the parts I've just taken off. Ideal for an auto to manual conversion - but personally I'd definitely replace the friction disc with a brand new one. Offers via PM. 6. No sorry, I don't. The section between the second cat and the back box was original and wasn't in very good condition, so it went to the recycling centre.
