1. Proper train. Much better than the plastic modern cack I drive daily!
2. Nice one JP. Gotta love the Private road next to the curcuit.
3. Kev. Ithought you were banned?? I'm good ta. Back in the fold.
4. Hi guys, no idea what this is worth. I've thrown it on eBay.. Item number: 180682656216 Its a Knightracer replica I believe. Good fit, in silver. Just some 'speed bump' cracking to the lower lip. Offers.
5. Both. All the mainstream operators are greedy, care too much for profit over actually running a good service. We're slightly different as we're not a franchise, we're a consession. Our services (East London line) are 99.7% punctual, meaning 99.7% of our services run on time to there destination.
6. I feel your pain. Travelling by train is far too expensive, and far too unreliable. And i'm a train driver!!!! I either use FCC from Bedford, or East midlands trains from Market harborough into London depending on what shift i'm on. FCC is a pure gamble as to wether its been cancelled or not, and EMT's last train home is ridiculously early. Under investment and greedy operators, thats the problem.
7. You on Andy Mac close? Might come take a looky tomorrow if you're about?
8. I would snap ones arm off if this was next month!
9. Last carbon wheel I sold went for £320 on ebay!
10. I'd still like to know what sort of money a 2001/2002 would set me back landed here. I'd happily pay good money for a 2002, and register it next year! Jurgen?
11. Really showing my age here....!! jnWcm5dr45s
12. Is that my old T51 kit?? Sounds awesome, I want another!

New son!

Its VERY tough to get a position off the street. 8 strict assessments of concentration, reactions, fault finding, Ability to take in information, a structured interview and 2 further interviews. 7 months of training, route learning, traction training, rules etc. The rewards are very good though, free train travel on your own companys trains, free oyster card, and 75% off train travel for me and my family across the UK and Europe inc Eurostar. Solid salary, good pension. 36 hours basic a week, 4 on, 4 off, 5 on, 9 off! Salarys vary from £35k - £50 and £70k for Eurostar drivers. I'll be London based so its slightly over average.

New son!

Been a busy few months for me... Firstly, my Son arrived last Monday. Very much like my Daughters birth 4 years ago, it all went pear shaped during labour and had to be rushed down to have a C section. Needless to say there wont be anymore! Both doing fine now. Jake..... Secondly, over the last few months i've been going through quite an intense assessment process for a new job, and last month after 7 years of trying, I was finally successfull, and start next week! My new company vehicle has 1600bhp, but only need to ever do 75mph. It has 24 wheels, all steel 24", but it corners like its on rails.......what am I?

Heater matrix

No probs, glad it helps. I jotted down every nut and bolt I removed / re-fitted when I did that write up! I guess there may be a few differences cross models, TT - NA - Manual - Auto ect. I'd say your matrix may have a small leak judging by that pic.

Heater matrix

The gas needs to be removed as you need to pull out the heater box to remove the matrix. The aircon is part of the heater box, hence the gas removal.
19. Thanks guys. Been a good day, even contemplating coming back to the Supra fold.
20. Where have the original facelift side repeaters gone?
