  4. 19th through to 22nd is cool! Shall we see how much interest we get, then decide on a date that suits most between those dates? Its a central location for the leicester / coventry people too. Northampton 15 miles, leicester 15 miles, coventry 20 miles. Right next to A14 too.
  5. I think either a saturday afternoon or an evening in the week would be cool. Personally i'd prefer an evening. I work saturday nights!
  6. Well shall we try to agree on a date that most of us can attend? Perhaps people can make suggestions?
  7. Just spoken to landlord of above mentioned pub. He's well up for it. Can corden off 10-15 spaces in large rear car park if we wanted. Just needs to know rough sort of date and numbers etc.
  8. I'm up for a mini meet. My loc says leicester but i'm nearer northampton. I know a pub that welcomes car meets. Used to be big with the bike clubs, vintage car clubs etc. Big car park, big beer garden, nice location. Fitzgerald arms in Naseby.

    Stainless dials

Speedo goes up to 220 mph. Its the same reading as the 180 mph one but just has the extra 40 mph on the end. I've found my dials read near perfect after fitting them. I just turned the ignition on then put the needles on. Made sure it was completely empty of fuel to.

Just plain old bright red chaps. Closest match to the car colour. It is a very even backlight, and does really look so so good when its lit up. I think the key is to make sure the perspex behind the dials is squeeeky clean, and be quite fussy when positioning the colour background. Will try to gat a better picture.

It will be as soon as i drop the bits in that are sitting in front of me! And i know what you mean...i've read it a thousand times 'i'm going to do a 6spd aero'. Only difference is, i AM going to do it.

It is a 'real' aero, but i'm just concerned as to wether bangin a six speed box in will cause some real 'flex' on gearchange. Surely this is why mr t didnt make the aero tt 6spd? I think the miami gt roll cage looks as though its just a four point item that sits just behind the rear of the aero roof line? Can anyone help with this?

    Wish list

Cant put rear brace in. Nowhere to put me roof! Losing rear seats as well.

Very helpfull! Anyone have any ideas on chassis strenghthening? The aero is 'floppy' at the best of times! Was thinking miami gt rollbar in the back and just a brace at the front. Will this be sufficiant?

I guess i've removed loads of engines and boxes, stripped complete supras, but never had to worry about putting them back together! Was that 4k including the box, pedal box ect?
