After a quiet start, last week's weather was dominated by a front that brought rain and gales to Northern Ireland and Scotland but interestingly failed to make it across the whole of the United Kingdom. By the middle of the week it had stalled in a position stretching from the northeast to the southwest of England and there it lingered wobbling about but never moving very far. It finally died a death becoming little more than an area of thicker cloud by Sunday. After a brief but very snowy cold snap the previous week, last week grew steadily milder with highs reaching 14C in the warmest spots.

...The most stupid things at times. Does anyone else ever find themselves doing something stupid like this. I just went to pour myself a nice Jack Daniels and coke, so took a glass from the drinks cabinet and poured some JD, went to the kitchen to get some coke. Got to the kitchen (so far so good) opened the fridge door, picked up the MILK, and poured it into my JD:blink: My first one aswell!!! Thought i'd try it anyway, but it kind of seperated and felt a bit funny on the tongue. I'm now wondering if i've ever done this in the past after a couple and not noticed

I think he's a breath of fresh air in todays pc gone mad society. He's a straight shooter, speaks his mind, something i'll respect from anybody. Sure he gets on your tits a bit sometimes, when he gets a chip on his shoulder about something he's like a terrier and wont let go. Try some bike forums. I think there are some superbike type forums where there will be a few Ducati-ists. I think Jamiep knows of some. Probably struggle to sell it though. How often do the straps have to be changed?
