This would cause a lack of performance i gather? since ive had the hybrids on, it has always made a 'boost leak' noise under on full boost. Thanks chris.

What time and where abouts dude? coz i was on it at 0715 ish then 1500 - 1700 ish!

I have a horrible blown exhaust sound coming from under the turbo shield, when i try to boot it slightly the boost increases but the car doesn't react. I Put my foot once this morning at it hit 1.2bar but very slowly accelarated! could this be a major problem? or is it likely to be the symptoms of maybe a cracked manifold? Any help would be much appreciated! ADD

saw you in a layby on the A31 (southbound) with an AA truck, 'L' reg, youngish bloke with sunglesses on, at about 1630 ish. ANYONE?

If i have the car in MANU and i drive in 2nd to around 5,000 rpm (not booting it) then change to 3rd and put my foot down 80% when it its 3,000 - 3,500 the second comes on line and hits 1.3 bar. Im wondering why the 2nd is coming on line before 4,500? (Hybrids) Now by the time i get to 5,000 rpm the car is couging,spluttering and well over boosting. Note that this is all happening with the b/c off, its even worse when its on. Can anyone help?

Yeah i got mine from Gaz top bloke and brilliant delivery time. It knocks off more than a few Db's mate, you'll be very suprised!! and alters the response too. but keeps the neighbours happy.

How do all, i was watching top gear the other night and saw the Audi R8 episode, what a car, the looks are fantastic, sounds the nuts BUT when it came to racing a carrera S it was a real let down for me! Especially the 1/4 mile part, i'd have thought the R8 with 420bhp would have killed the porkers 355bhp. but it was only till the later part of the race did it start to gain. I dont confess to have the fastest car around but ive certainly killled carrera regardless of the "S". Still, sayin all that i would definately have one, just surprised by the outcome of the race. FEEL BETTER NOW!

I was in basingstoke last thurs and my mate met up with me near the leisure center, the first thing he said to me was " Do you know a supra with gaz on the plate" he then said F**K ME that things shifts.....just wondered if ya had an R32 Golf look a like trying to race ya??? coz that was him Sounds the bollox aparently. :thumbs: (your that is)

1) Regarding Actuators, its sticking iopen on full chat 2) Vacuum reference side. and what if the spring was becoming weak?

Got a few questions if someone could answer them for me: 1) What would happen if the EGBV or IACV actuator sticks when changing gear? 2) If i had a leaking wastegate, what effect would it have on boost,afr's and performance at full chat? cheers for any help ad

about 1300 in woking (Goldsworth Road) looked brilliant,very wide and very low!!! Anyone on here?

WOW WOW WOW just seen a really wide bodied supra in woking (surrey) and it looked so good. In pic's i have never thought much of them but in the flesh its outstanding!! It was reasonably wide at the front but the back came out so far... Sorry i know it sounds pointless making a thread about it but im god smacked how good ity looked!
