Just get a boost controller and crank the boost up to 1.2bar. You won't get a lot more out of it with a remap, not worth it for the money involved IMO.

If you can get a hold of a Mines ECU, or other aftermarket variety, then they are good little upgrades for power.

Max you will see out of the stock tubbys will be 380-430hp. As long as you are inside that band you are going to be very happy and you won't really have much scope for more power without spending a LOT of cash.

If your thinking of changing your ecu you need to ask yourself if whether you are planing to stay with the standard tubbys or thinking of going single. As it will affect what kind of ECU would be best for you. IE if your keeping standard tubbys then piggy back ECU will do if your going single then you will need a standalone to get the best out of your setup.

Just keep the stock ECu you'll only see around 30bhp tops with a standalone ECU so its not really worth it As Scott says, get a boost controller, whack it up to 1.6 (assuming you have a FCD) and a better fuel pump, a decent FMIC or new SMIC wouldnt go amiss either. Then away you gooooooo

The turbo's will go faster than he will if he cranks it up to 1.6 ;)

At standard BPU levels the car should make around 380-400hp (flywheel) at 1.2bar, with the addition of cams and ECU/remap 430hp (flywheel) is around the maximum you can expect.

As said you will need cool grade spark plugs otherwise you'll get misfire at the higher boost levels, see HERE

Is it a manual or an auto? If manual I have an interesting Veilside modified plug and play ecu for you at a good price, or I have a Motec M600, adapter loom and ancillaries to make it a high end mappable system, virtually plug and play. If it's an auto your options are more limited. I also have some cheap FCD's coming in next week.
