Supragal Posted December 15, 2004 Share Posted December 15, 2004 Well, I've had my contract extended for another year but I've also been approved to go on the Cisco courses I need to become a qualified Call Manager Administrator. I got two of our lads onto a CCNA here (we're Cisco resellers for Shropshire) - the thoroughness of the basics is amazing. I advised them they're better off doing this than a further education. It's pretty hardcore from what I've seen, especially for someone like me who has very little network experience The basic Call Manager course will be a doddle but then it's onto the networky ones before I can do the advanced Call Manager.
