Dave F Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 My runabout is playing up. The steering seems to stiffen up then suddenly go back to normal. This usually happens when travelling straight for a few seconds you go to make a slight turn and its stiff then all of a sudden unsticks. A common problem with older fords apparently, mind you took the whole rack out before I discovered it.. Still all fixed and back on the road. Cheers mate, had a mate with relationship problems with me at the weekend we were supposed to be going to see an MR2 in the morning but now looks like a divorce may be on the cards for him instead.
