I have three members of staff but two of them are off today, the third is about to get a lot more work to do. I'm going to have to have words. Turns out it was from the thermos flask she'd made about 5 hours before. Maybe you could put his cuppa in one of those. One of the places I work at sometimes are very particular about their tea making. The boss made one young work experience leave when he said he didn't want to make her a cup. It may sound like I'm pulling your pants down, but think about how nice it would be to never have to worry about your tea needs again! Loving the dulux chart idea too - although I quite like milky tea so probably wouldn't get on too well with it. Probably more a Soft Caramel colour of Stained Magnolia. But being the boss means that I have staff that make it as well and we all take turns. It's usually at home that I forget I'm making the tea when the voice from (she who wears the trousers and the bank cards) the other room goes " That tea's taking a bloody long time" and I look at my watch and realise 20mins has passed by since the kettle boiled.
