Does anyone know what the limits are size wise for a hub dyno?

Why would you go for a hub dyno Rosie? Looking for an inflated figure for an eBay add? :D

Surrey Roling Road are local (ish) to you and have proved to give very accurate figures in the past.

The problem Rosie may have is the drive shafts on the absorption units are quite short. I think she has a wide arch kit on the car, and if it's wildly wide the shafts on the absorption units may not be long enough to bolt to the (now very inset) rear hub flanges on the car, without the boxes of the absorption units fouling the wheel arches.

If Dyna Pack have a web site it may give technical drawings with the required dimensions. If not a friend of mine has a Dyna pack, I can ask him when I am back what hub inset they can handle. The Scandinavian made Rota Test units may be am alternative, but there are VERY few in the UK as they are so expensive. I think they have a longer shaft on them... ?
