RedM
Sounds like the time my TV went in for repair. It came back fixed. A week later I get a phone-call apologising for the delay but they've lost my television. I waited until they turned up with the repacement before telling them the truth. Soonto_HAS_soop
I've always thought the same of banks and companies recouping money, but I was talking to an accountant today, who's BOSS was known to of lost £7,000,000 in 8 hours. It never was recovered and was written off.

juanchan
I'm sure I've heard that in a case like this you don't have to legally return it for 12 months if they ask for it back. If that's true, and I haven't just made it up, play the stock market or something and keep the rewards for yourself before paying back what you owe
