aido
Just noticed on the Mac sites that Firefox 2 for OSX was put onto the release servers a few hours ago, although nothing is going to be announced until tomorrow on mozilla.org or mozilla.com, I've just checked and you can download the final 2.0 Win32 version as well. Here are the links: Win32 http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0/win32/en-GB/ OSX http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0/mac/en-GB/ Enjoy

JustGav
And the answer would be yes, all my plugins transferred over without any issues.
Ian W
i have a MacBook at the moment and using Safari as my browser...what advantages does Firefox give over Safari?
aido
To be honest if you're on the Mac then I'd personally recommend Camino over both Safari and Firefox - it's more lightweight and based upon the same engine as Firefox, but it seems quicker than Safari on my machine, definitely quicker on the forums anyway as I sometimes get a bit of lag with Safari whilst it renders everything. Going to be giving Firefox 2 a try but here's the Camino link - it's another Mozilla product anyway - http://www.caminobrowser.org/
