In employee rights there is no such thing as a notice period really anymore, under european working directive they are unable to with hold any monies due. I was expecting agro to be honest, the group MD is renowned for dummy throwing and is quite irrational at times, and despite everything my leaving is better for them too, as there is no point in there being a qualified buyer in this company, so im wasting my time as much as theirs. and Sam its a big relief.
