Got there at noon, took me a further hour to find the place:conf: no sign posts. To anybody who is going for the first time look for signs for Podington, and you approach from the A509 side. Nice meet not many supes though. Shame about the weather as it started to pour an hour after I arrived. Will def go to Santa Pod again for a RWYB :)

Good to meet you yesterday Lee. That Jet car nearly made my brain melt and run down my nose being stood near the finish line.

Good to see Second Jump (Dave), Millhouse, Paul E, some other newbs and CJ he's hilarious what a nutter :D

Anybody got more vids and pics? I wanted to capture the drag racing experience from the cockpit and had my 'in car camera' mounted. I managed to record some sky, my rear view mirror and my left driving hand :(

just got back, 330 mile round trip. nice to meet supraguy and your car looks well. that passenger airbag looks good.

also met dude again and just got there to see him do his 10.85@130 did not have chance to get cam out.

who was the black supra the crashed into wall. looked a nice tidy car too. was not a big turnout as last year. a few cars not doing too well too. that rc evo with big power was not performing. the gt art skyline was having trouble he did an 11.1. the sumo cars were parked up in show n shine. and seen justins old car for sale in traders area got some pics of a few cars. and a vid of dude beating the 900hp evo. not good cam work but dude beats him off line. you can hear johns rltc on launch control up n down on revs.

a good day out apart from rain

It was a good meet, the first one for my sister and nephew

The club area was a lot better than last time, you could get your car in and out anytime you like

Shame about the weather, it stopped me from getting my car on the track :(

Santa Pod have phone me and asked if I enjoyed the event and if we had any suggestions for imprevements. Having explained why I didn't actually go, I said I'd ask those that did and will contact them if we have any issues or suggestions. So does anyone?

How about not letting all those German cars race while they're turning away Supra owners because they're "not going to get everybody through, too many cars."
