Plastic tailgate cover

Wasn't sure where to post this, but it's only a quick question.

How do you remove the plastic cover on the inside of the tailgate ? I assumed it was plastic interior clips, but I gave it a bit of a tug and it seems pretty secure ! Didn't want to do the normal pull too hard - swear - post on parts wanted :D

It is held on with spring clips inside, it's just a case of getting your fingers around the edge and carefully prising off one clip at a time. Probably best starting at one of the corners.

They are just those springy metal poppers, yes they are tough to get out, yes, it's terrifying, and sorry but I'm booting you out of tech :p

NP mate, I did say I wasn't sure to post it :)

I've got an interior clips lever, give that a go tonight. I promise to be gentle :D

Cheers

Try a long-handled wooden spoon (don't tell the missus!). Start in one corner, then once you figure where each clip is in turn, lever close to it with the spoon handle. The cover is quite flexible really, so it'll take quite a beating before bending permanently.
