fair enough if it was a banking but if on a straight road or just banging into something then the supra is a heavy car and it would take a lot to shift it, at least on a banking you have something to flip you over,

still not nice3 regardless of how he lost his life

Wouldn't hitting a curbstone broadside turn the car over?

Don't know what you mean?

How is someone forced to speed.

There have been several stories on here of unmarked police cars trying to aggravate drivers into speeding / racing before pulling them over - stupidly dangerous IMO. But we don't know if this was the case ;)

But you're not forced into doing anything different if you don't want to. :)

No you're not, but the sight of an impreza / evo etc sitting 6 inches off your bumper and winding you up is likely to destroy your concentration of what's on the road infront of you :) Especially if there are two large blokes sitting in it and you don't know they're police.

Definately!

I think we'll have to wait and see the result of the enquiry in this case. :)

Of course not, but you can easily be influenced.

If you've got a police car right up your backside following you then you tend to look in your mirror a lot, and constantly check your speedo, (well I do!)

It's also not nice as you're constantly wondering what you've done wrong, or what they're going to pull you over for!

Before anyone says "why should you care if you haven't done anything wrong?" Think how many times people have been pulled over by the police just on this board alone, with the excuse that they thought they were speeding, or they couldn't see their tax disc etc etc

Please understand, I'm not saying for one minute this is what happened on this occasion, but it's happened in the past.
