(BORED yet ???:run: )

Has anyone got their Rear Camber set up 'WRONG' on purpose ?

ie. set too 'vertical' so's the rears sit more 'upright' IYSWIM ??

to cut down on the 'inner-edge-wear' and give a more even wear ???

I realise the camber is set-up to produce high cornering force on the

outer wheel/tyre (by giving a 'flat tread profile' when leaning into a

fast corner) but, as i have an N/A

and neither Carole nor myself NEED that ultimate traction, could

i get them to give me that upright-ness to give better wear ??

(or would that give MAJOR problems with everyday handling ?)

I'm gonna ask the garage the EXACT same thing, but wanted your

opinions as well.

It just seems a crying shame to lose SO much of the outer part of the

tyre when you throw it away :(

Experiences.....?......opinions......?
