Pete
Oh dear. I've just worked out I've spent 2,928.94 on my Supra in 6 months. 500 of that was a damn good service and cam belt change...and err...56 to CJ for the manuals...RLTC was 430....TRD C/F Wing 320..BPU upgrades, new gauges, some paintwork...17" OEM wheels and tyres... Soon adds up! I did sell 330 quid worth of parts though! So that's only 2,598.94. There... I feel better already. Oh, but I've not counted insurance - DOH! Hopefully someone will come along and tell me they spent four times that amount and make me feel better.

Pete
I have spent that in a week on the old car! I'll bet! To be fair I've done bloody well with he prices for what I've got. Just a shocker when you tot it all up in one go. No wonder my c/card isn't decreasing. I've nearly got the car how it'll stay now anyway.
Animal
I worked out my shopping list the other day - total, not including wheels or respray, about £4000 spent this year - just over £1000 spent this year keeping the thing running - at least £2000 (including £1200 for the head gasket malarky) I want a pair of buckets & harnesses next, that'll be about £1600... sigh...beans on toast for me for a while, I think. But it'll be worth it.
Pete
I used to spend that in petrol alone! Well I've not added up the fuel either..That'd be another 1000 - plus the tour de france - so another 400 quid in fuel.

Animal
Rome wasn't built in a day dude. Yeah, It's gonna be a few years in the making, this car. The real pisser is going to be the gap 'til I can afford to get the bodywork, wheels & respray sorted. It's my only vehicle, so keeping it running sweet is more important than looks right now. It suck being impatient, lol. I keep seeing stuff I really like.

Pete
It suck being impatient, lol. I keep seeing stuff I really like. I'm like that too. When I see a bargain I just HAVE to go for it. Way I see it things will only go up in price, so if it's cheap now - go get it. It's a twisted way of saving money in my mind

Guest Mad Russ
I don't want to add mine exactly but not including servicing, mot, tax, fuel, insurance or infact any running costs at all. I've spent about £5000 on my SX and only done 1500 miles in it. All on mods as well. Just got to fit what is left and she'll be a 300BHP track monster weighing in at about 1200KG
