Insurance and running costs are the main thing. Although the sale prices have come down, the parts are still expensive. Try SKY our club insurers for a quote. Banner at top of page. terawua Posted January 25, 2006 Share Posted January 25, 2006 I went from fiesta 1.8 diseasel to supra.... then drive it 400 miles home in the rain and dark from scotland - I got to know it pretty well. I had a mint mkiii Supra when i just turned 19 (which i still have) it was slightly less expensive to insure but gave me great experience in a RWD car, although i still have had a couple of scary moments in the mkiv!!!
