1jz/2jz Front and Rear Crank Seal Installer Tools

So I’ve recently made some specialist seal installer tools for front and rear main seals for 1 and 2jz engines, after not being able to find a quick and easy to use tool with no chance of fitting the seals in too far or crooked I have decided to make and produce my own and all made in the uk from 6082 T6 aluminium billet.

As some of you know, if you push the front crank seal in too far it can block the relief hole in the oil pump and will either pop the seal back out of the oil pump or leak then having to fit a new seal again, this does up against the crank fitting the seal correctly first time.

And same process goes for the rear seal tool, it locates itself over the centre of the crank where the spigot bearing is located and you do it up in a circular order slowly with the stock bolts pulling the seal in evenly.

The front tool works with the stock crank pulley bolt and the rear seal tool is made to work with stock v160/161 dual mass bolts.

Each tool is £60 posted and I have a few of each in stock at the moment for immediate dispatch.

Nice work. This is perfect for people who build the engine's on a regular basis, but what about the guy who wants to replace his own? Can you rent them?

I like this thought too! I’ll only ever do this once..

I could rent them out if need be, would certainly help a few members out

/QUOTE]That's great! I will give you a shout when I pull my engine out to refresh it. This will definitely save me some pain when I swap out the seals. [emoji3][emoji1303]

Nice! Mine literally is ready to whack in a new seal. I’ll drop you a PM - that’s if inazone’a engine isn’t about to come out?
