Frank Bullitt Posted April 9, 2019 Share Posted April 9, 2019 (edited) I went with a 15 row Setrab oil cooler (405mm) with a Mocal inline oil thermostat with -10 lines. The car is BPU. If going single I would just add another identical cooler. I don't think fans are needed unless your are on a track. E2A Engine or gearbox cooler? As per above, I've got a Mocal inline thermostat which regulates the use of the additional cooling system. To give me some room for movement AND because it's going behind my intercooler, I've gone for 25 row 235mm. You can also get a fan for that size. I mean, it looks awesome, but it costs a small fortune and probably overkill if I'm able to locate it in a free-flowing air path. The fan though, so look cool! I've never noticed, but a lot of places advise to use rubber mounts. Is that to reduce chances of leaks on the coolers? With flexible hosing, I'm just curious why people advise that.
