Supra374
Can anyone help me, I need my pistons and seals put in all 4 calipers which are all stripped and ready to do just I've tried it once already and have wrecked the first set off seals. I can do most things but these take the piss I'm going mental, so if anyone has done these before and would like to again let me know or if you know where I can send them to, to get done that would be great Thanks

I think it took me a good hour just to get the seal in! Persevere, there just fiddly buggers!
stevie_b
Are they UK or JSpec brakes? (In case you're not sure of the difference, UK spec brakes have 4 pot calipers for the front and 2-pot for the rear; JSpec have 2 pots at front and 1 at the rear). Supra374
Jspec calipers. What is the best way to put them together i.e. Piston then rubber or rubber on piston or rubber first
Scooter
Piston fully in with the small ring seal in place, then the outer dust shield's recess is visible into which the (massive pita) metal spring/ring goes. I'll post a link to a helpful pictured how to....
