Thought I would bump this thread as I want to run this discovery by people to see what everyone's thoughts are...

I noticed the car was smelling a bit rich again and boost levels were a bit inconsistent. Today I pulled the MAF sensor, gave it a clean, went over the boost hoses and tighten them all up and it seemed to make a difference.

First pull was at 60% on the boost controller (5% gain):

Notice how the boost hits it's peak and then starts to drop off?

Second pull - 65% boost 5% gain

Last pull - 69% boost 5% gain

The boost was dropped off again, but seemed to hold on steady after the gear change. Now, am I being a numpty here? Is this quite normal is it is something that needs tweaking in the boost controller?

Any help would be appreciated.

It was just a a pull from a stand still and just throttled it mate, it was just in auto. I wonder why yours is dipping around like that. Mine literately just pulls and feels like it doesn't want to stop. Never drops off just keeps rising but staying at its set boost.

I can see the gear change into 2nd, but your run stops there. By all means don't worry about it you don't have the space to do it safely, but if you could do a run from 2nd into 3rd and hold it wipe open for a moment long enough to see if it drops off, that would be great. Like I said, its no big deal if you don't have anywhere safe to do this. I'll more than likely get my car on the rollers soon to see what's going on. :)
