Cleaning with TFR

I use it on my alloys but never used it on the paint work ! I don't think it should be left on the paint for to long am sure it can damage it

Yep, I used a morrisons car wash and I ran out of time and had to go and pay for more, by the time I came back out the sun had dried the TFR on my paintwork and after a wash down and rince off it had bleached the paintwork/ clear coat.

I tried to polish it out but with no luck. I think If I got it detailed it most likly would of polished out but I just ended up getting it mostly re-sprayed anyways to freshen the car up :)

Most of your cheap £5.00 car wash uses TFR and for that reason alone and a few other reason I never use those cheap car washes.

Also I guess it depends on your ratio when mixing TRF and water. But I guess like anything be cautious on using certain car prodcuts.
