Ok thanks chris, is there a way to try free this up until i can get hold of a refurb kit ?

The piston and seals won't fix your slider problem. i can reamer the housings and supply new or good used pins and the anti rattle rubbers, but I need the caliper brackets posting to me, or I can have them collected.

Might be worth rebuilding the calipers as well, Chris Wilson sells all the parts you need.

No the discs are fine my mate checked them on his machine when they were off

Yeah I'm on the hunt for caliper and carrier. Just a carrier if I can find one but willing to buy a whole set if need be

From these comments I assumed you has the parts checked by CW?, I have never seen sliders that couldn't be freed off and cleaned out so they slid well. they are usually full of gunk/corrosion, you generally clean them out and regrease.

Nope I tried freeing the slider myself then had a mechanic round and he also couldn't understand how it is seized all the way in. He also was the one who checked all my discs for warping but all were fine and he also checked the wheel bearings who h are all fine.
