De cluttering the engine bay, relocating and wire tucking

It could well be traction control. I might just leave the abs and that cluster there until a later date and get one of them fancy covers but to the front of the engine bay everything can go.

 

Electrical wise will unplugging or disconecting anything muck up the ecu or any other stored information?

I can't guarantee it mate, but I just disconnected my battery and reconnected it once I was finished and mine was fine. I didn't lose any maps on my emanage or anything if that's what you mean. :)

 

Yeah basically if I disconnect my whole engine and have sat on the bench for a while whilst touching up on the bodywork im hoping to just plonk straight in connect everything up with it running as it was before...

Oh yeah it will be fine, the only time I've herd of somthing going wrong is when they have disturbed somthing like a loose connector has finally snapped or somthing like that but all will be good.

Just take your time and make sure to hook everything back up and you will be laffing ;)
