Hmm. Stock? Depends if its dry, tyres ect. But yes as with any car expect wheel spin the grip is good on these cars. Dont expect an auto to climb slowy in the rev range it will work however hard you push the peddle.

So if you stuck a car in 1st with no handbrake on and floored it the same will happen in an auto. Then when it hits its rev range it will move to 2nd and continue.

No problem

Forgive me if i've missed it but how old are you ?

It might pay you to try some of the specialist insurance brokers, im with Livingstones Warman Ins

Brokers, their very good and insure quite a lot of Supras and understand the mods etc but its dependant

on your age as i think you must be over 25

im 25 mate

ive only done the insurance quotes without mods at the moment because i wanted to check on here first for the best mods to begin with

i was going to write down the mods and get a quote done with them too so i know where i stand,

ive only been quoted by using comparethemarket to get a rough guide and the quotes i have been getting are fine.

do the company your with do it online too or is it over the phone?

What kind of quotes are you getting ?

Its much better to speak to Livingstones, after giving your details they'll call you back with their

best quote rather than you hold the line for ages.

They cover my car which is heavily modified so you shouldn't have a problem.

well my insurance quotes are 2,600 and thats for the 3.0 import turbo auto

now for my subaru without mods i did a quote and its now 4,300

everything exactly the same just changed the car

maybe its because of how many young drivers are getting subarus now maybe its classed as a boy racer car

my subaru wasnt that expensive when i took my policy out tho , it was actualy cheaper with mods

How much????

Did you actually do any searching for quotes? You are paying way way way too much bud. An Evo/Scooby at 25 should be around £1k. A Supra TT at 25 should be around £500-£800.

Do a few 1-1 quotes rather than comparison sites. Comparison sites are rubbish for performance cars.

I think you can do a lot better than that unless you have a seriously bad driving history
