Robzki Posted June 29, 2011 Share Posted June 29, 2011 Hi all, While sitting still with the car in neutral I hit a rev limiter at 5700rpm, I've not really given the car a hard life and not one for revving the hell out of it while sitting still So can't really say whether this is a new thing, a fault its always had or just the rev limit its meant to have? I think it was the first time in 3 years that I have been near the redline, I change at 5-5500rpm in manu I guess. I'm a sympathetic driver I'm thinking about getting on a local dyno so was just checking 'stuff' Its nice to know its normal and I won't have to try it again.
