Guest Tubbygit
Hi All, I've finally found a nice looking Supra (and a place that will give me a good trade deal for my Audi S4 ). I've already put a (refundable) deposit down for it, but I just wanted to check on here to see if anyone knew anything about it that might effect my decision. Reg is: M605 BHG Anyway, here's the link to it on e-bay: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2005-M-Toyota-Supra-Coupe-non-turbo-manual-FREE-2-YEAR-/310303607444?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item483f894a94 Cheers, Dan. The-Plethora
I 'think' I recognise it, seen it parked up locally. I don't think it belongs to a member. It is listed as 326bhp which is a TT so hopefully a cock up their end.
snake
its an N/A looking at the engine pic
Guest Tubbygit
Yeah, it's definitely an N/A, seems to drive fine. Compared to the S4 it's a little down on power and the Brakes aren't as good, but that's to be expected I believe.
barneybrendan
theres a uk tt on the for sale section for the same money.
Havard
Omens are not good with BHG on the number plate...!!
Guest Tubbygit
theres a uk tt on the for sale section for the same money. Yeah, I saw that. However I'm currently after an N/A manual (running costs), and I need to get rid of my current car at the same time (I don't actually have £4k cash to spend). So the deal that's on the table with these guys is perfect (plus they're only 5 miles up the road from me) Hey Harvard, forgive my ignorance, but what does BHG stand for then? I'm assuming it has nothing to do with http://www.bhg.com/ :)
stevie_b
BHG = blown head gasket. Shouldn't be anything to worry about though. MkIII supras were prone to BHG, but mkIVs are not.

Chris Wilson
You can buy a TT for that price! Unless you need finance you should look in the private ads and save a grand or more.
