What kind of dyno do they have there? Ash's seemed good as most people go by the SRR dyno and he has the same one.

As said before, once I've got and fitted all my BPU parts, I'll be up for a dyno day :)

I'm not sure which Dyno Rich has, I'm sure it will be one of the better one's as his whole business is based on providing Dyno days for clubs like this.

I would recomend putting your car on a dyno before you go BPU, as this will give you an indication of how good your engine is after all these years. This is the route i'm going to take.

Its got V Tech written on it.

Heres a pic of it installed at Richards new workshop :)

Josh it would make sense to get your car dyno'd before you do any changes, it would also show how accurate the dyno is to a degree. Especially if Kamals putting his stock tt on there as well.

True true, might be nice to have a "before" and "after" dyno printout to see how effective the BPU as been.

I'll see if I can spare the £30 then ;)

That really is the reason why you use dyno's, get a base figure with your stock set up then fit a part then re dyno the car to see what differance the part made.

These days though a lot are used just for bragging rights down the pub hence the variations you see and read about.

If I owned a dyno, I'd run the car on it with every little thing that I changed. But at £30 a time, I'd rather do it once or maybe twice at a push to see how effective it's been.

Ok, count me in b!tches :D

Yes it could get a little expensive but its the only way to prove or disprove hp gains on certain parts like exhausts and induction kits.

If you just get a stock figure then get a bpu figure that will be fine :)

Cool, I'll do it then :)

Will you be attending, Dunk?
