Apparently a smear of oil inside the FMIC and associated piping is not uncommon and is not something to worry about?

However id be concerned if i was pouring the stuff out....and not just because of the cost in oil...lol

Seriously though a small amount is common.....i even have some come out of my BOV which again points towards seal wear, but only a smattering, then again the cars now on 90+k and still pulls like a train.

basically you hook up the catch can to the pipe that comes out of the side of the cam cover and back to where it used to connect to the turbo outlet.

This is where the oil vapor comes out and the can catches it.

LITERALLY the ONLY place the Greddy can woud fit on mine wqas where it is in the picture.

Took about an hour to mount it there properly and run the lines..

you will need to customise (bend) the aluminium bracket so that it holds it right :thanks:

if you have not bought one yet I would seriously consider buying a smaller can than the Greddy if your running stock twins as space is seriously limited!

have a look at this unit.. Nice price as well!
