I need to give someone some serious grief, in return for trying and succeeding in causing me problems,i wont go into any detail, suffice to say that i would like to give them a good kicking, but thats not an option, so this is the next best thing given the circumstance's, they are not too bright, but they are malicious, so something legal looking or solicitor type communication, threatening legal action would be ideal.
