JnrEast21 Posted May 5, 2010 Share Posted May 5, 2010 hi guys, anyone have much experience with the TRD carbon rear spoiler? mine does not seem to want to fit properly... the 2 bolts on the passenger side wont tighten very well, and allthough the spoiler is in the centre, the passenger side does not fit against the metal of the bootlid very well (especially compared to the other side, when you look from the drivers side you can see the threads of the bolts and the underside of the spoiler base) any ideas on how i can put this right, as i now get a squeaking noise from the bolts rubbing on the bootlid if i drive down a bumpy road and its doing my head right in!!!! Only solution which I can think of which is practical is getting some plugs or something that can tighten things up. Otherwise, turn up the music and ignore the noise! SupraStar 3000 Posted May 6, 2010 Share Posted May 6, 2010 Are you sure the center blade is the right way up. I've seen a few TRD wings with the blade upside down. My TRD wing fitted fine from KnighRacer. Soon (maybe next week) i'm having another one fitted to another Supra supplied by Keron. *touch wood* that fits ok.
