The amount of almost solid material that came out added up to way more mass than the original boil. Obviously in the case of mostly liquid spots the stuff spreads out in a swelling that can be two or three times the area of the pimple end, but that stuff was all but solid like fat. Very very odd. Would that have been the result of an ingrowing hair left too long looking at how hairy the guy was? I kind of assume as well that both of those people have seen and done that before as well.
